Mynizaga Consulting, LLC (DBA Mynizaga) is an authorized channel partner for a large Private Family Office (PFO) based in Canada. The PFO is the worlds largest private wholesale lender.

As the organization has grown over almost 20 years, it is also evolving. We recently implemented equity financing along-side our long time offering of debt financing.

An SPV created by the Mynizaga closing attorney is the lender of record for the loan. We create the SPV for every loan in all 7 continents where we lend.

Mynizaga 's own referral agents will continue to own the client relationships. Repeat clients will come back to Mynizaga and the referral agents for additional loans requests.

Mynizaga utilizes the Multiples Program for a 3X leverage of the required set aside deposit.

Mynizaga will take in an application and the intake package. Should you need assistance, we have multiple 3rd party relationships that we can refer clients to so as to obtain the required set aside deposit that is needed to obtain the multiples financing. However, many of our clients have their own company funds in order to do so. We are a completely separate company from our third party referral underwriters and lenders. Some have zero fees, some have small engagement fees which are refunded in full at the closing of your permanent loan with Mynizaga. ​​
